Called to preach in 1994, Apostle Kevin E. Henry began walking in God's Apostolic anointing, preaching and teaching God's Word and pioneering churches at an early age.  To further fulfill God's predestined plan, and with a powerful testimony, came the union of his wife now, First Lady Melissa Henry, in May of 1999.

As Pastors and Founders of Word of Truth Ministries in Arlington, following marriage, it has been more than evident the hand of Almighty God is upon this couple.  Overseeing English and Spanish Services, ministering to the youth and reaching people through the provision of food and clothes are some of Apostle Kevin E. Henry and First Lady Melissa Henry's accomplishments for God.

The Lord uses Apostle Henry to minister to the Hispanic comminities heavily.  He has gone to Mexico to preach, ministered on a Mexican radio station, adopted a church and an orphanage in Mexico, and delivered food and gifts to adults and children in Mexico with his family.  Apostle Henry, called to the nations, has also gone to Haiti and the Bahamas, taking God's mighty Word!

Then came the birth of God's House of Deliverance Word Of Truth Ministries, which has now evolved into "Word of Truth International Ministries."  Apostle Henry and First Lady Melissa Henry plan to take God's Word further, knowing God has more churches to plant and people to set free!  God has continued to grant this annointed couple "uncommon favor with man".  Again, it is evident the hand of Almighty God is upon this anoined couple, now of 6 children, for a more promising future preaching and teaching the "Word of Truth".

Pastor Nathaniel Smart

Pastor Nathaniel Smart serves as Pastor over Evangelism and is also the Praise & Worship Leader of Word of Truth International Ministries.  Pastor Smart has been serving the Lord for 27 years.  Of the 27 years, he’s preached the gospel for 21.  He was raised by his grandmother in the Pentecostal church of Bushnell, Florida, where he was taught how to live in obedience to God’s Word.  

Pastor Smart attended Lee University, in Cleveland Tennessee, where he received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 1998.   God opened a door for a career opportunity in Atlanta Georgia in 1998 so Pastor Smart relocated to Atlanta and, during his 2 years there, Pastor Smart was the Minister of Music at a local Pentecostal church in Decatur Georgia.  In 2000, God opened another door; an opportunity crossed his path for relocation to DFW area in Texas.  God’s has used him to help churches develop Praise and Worship teams, serve as Choir Directors, to assist pastors, and in many other areas God has seen fit to use him.  Pastor Smart has traveled all over the South preaching and singing the gospel.  God has blessed him to receive his Master’s Degree in Business in 2007 and He also received a Project Management Professional (PMP) license/certification in 2010.

Pastor Smart now has the privilege of serving under Apostle Dr. Kevin E. Henry of Word of Truth International Ministries.   God has called Evangelist Smart to a higher level which requires him to operate in a greater capacity of ministry.  He believes that the ministry goes beyond the four walls of the church.  God uses him to intercede, prophesy, teach, preach, empower, enlighten, encourage, sing, serve the poor, and most of all, exemplify a life of holiness.  His thirst and hunger for the Lord increase each day.   Evangelist Smart has a passion to see God’s people free and delivered.  God has given him the ability to do warfare in the spirit realm so that yokes and curses can be destroyed off of God’s people.  His vision is to travel globally to spread the Love of Jesus.
